tennesseeboy Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 No. "We Built This City," is the worst song ever. But, alas, once Tom sniffs this thread, he'll post "the video." I'm still convinced "MacArthur Park" is the worst song ever. WTF with the cake in the rain?
Mr. ChumChums Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 I'm still convinced "MacArthur Park" is the worst song ever. WTF with the cake in the rain? No, THIS is the worst song ever.
bbb Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 I actually like both MacArthur Park and We Built This City!
BillsWatch Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Perhaps his wife caught him touching up the paint on the two dancers from "Beautiful Dreams" video (decent music) so decided to commit suicide and then he did it over guilt.
4merper4mer Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 I am pretty sure that was the worst song ever? Amiright? Dont'cha think?
eball Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 This story is almost as ironic as winning the lottery...and then dying the next day.
4merper4mer Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 This story is almost as ironic as winning the lottery...and then dying the next day. Wait a minute. They won the lottery? How much was it?
Jauronimo Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 In my limited experience with aspiring mental health professionals, I noticed many of them had a history of depression or anxiety themselves. Seems to be what draws many to the field. These individuals were often pretty unaware of their own behavior although they were able to identify and diagnose the same in others. I'm not trying to say that everyone who truly wants to help others is unstable, but that's exactly what I'm saying.
bbb Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 I recruit doctors, and it's pretty generally acknowledged that the craziest ones are the psychiatrists.
Nanker Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Can't help but think it could have been an accident. Maybe getting their kicks and it got out of hand.

Gugny Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 We were just watching re-runs of Kung Fu when INXS came on the radio, and one thing lead to another and yada yada yada...auto-erotic asphyxiation. When in Bangkok ...

Just Jack Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 Wait a minute. They won the lottery? How much was it? $20 on a scratch off ticket.
MDH Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 I guess they didn't need any help pulling the plug, they managed fine by themselves.
ExiledInIllinois Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 Someone recently told me they knew someone who committed suicide by inhaling helium. It was the first I'd ever heard of it. This is now the second. Wouldn't it cause asphyxiation? I would think it would be pretty easy, fast, and painless since helium is an inert gas.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Too bad one of them wasn't a crisis interventionist.
