BillsWatch Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 She is a laywer, why is there surprise? The only difference is rate, which services are included and whether you will be happy with job.
Rob's House Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 (edited) I'm curious how the DA got info regarding her alleged prostitution and why he pursued it in the first place. In my short time working in the court system I've seen that prosecutors are often worse than the criminals they prosecute. I don't want to make a blanket statement, because a lot of them are fine and decent people, but a disproportionate number are self-righteous judgmental !@#$s who would do well to walk a mile in someone else's shoes. And yes, but only if she takes me on pro bono. Edited June 2, 2013 by Rob's House
ExiledInIllinois Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 And yes, but only if she takes me on pro boner. How could you miss the obvious joke there! I fixed it. :-P
DC Tom Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Hell, no. Too much risk of disease. Who the hell knows what you can catch from a lawyer?
San Jose Bills Fan Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 How could you miss the obvious joke there! I fixed it. :-P Nuance?
Just Jack Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 That same year, she had sex with the second man in exchange for about $70 worth of office supplies for her legal practice in Sycamore, according to the complaint. So what's a stack of legal pads get me?
Gugny Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 So what's a stack of legal pads get me? She did it for DVDs. Legal pads should get you at least halfway around the world.
BuffaloBill Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 So what's a stack of legal pads get me? She doesn't think much of your pencil....
ExiledInIllinois Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Nuance? LoL... I was thinking that after I jumped the gun... From nuance to smooth as a burlap bag, we got it all covered! ;-)
Thisistheyear Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Heck yeah. Sidebar - It's pled. Why is everyone switching to pleaded? I don't care if it's in the dictionary, nothing about pleaded sounds right.
