It doesn't rain often in California. I used to live near Buffalo so the rain doesn't bother me but believe it or not there are actually people who were born and raised here. They are not used to seeing rain in So Cal.

 

Southern California has poor drainage so floods occur, roads are pretty much concrete so their isn't much traction, the hills don't have trees on them so you get mudslides.

i knew a guy just moved here (NC) from cali. we had a thunderstorm one night, and the next day he asked if that was a huricane... he was really scared. i was laughing so hard....

 

now i know why califiornians are afraid of a little rain...

Just have the governator come out and move it. I've seen his movies, he's strong enough. :D
