also of note, some interesting flutie family gossip (along with amusing jokes) in the comments. no idea if true, but someone claiming to be a local and thrilled to see the fluties leaving.

Yeah, I found it odd that all these "locals" wanted him and his family gone.

He's kind of been a polarizing figure in his time. It might have something to do with him as a person

I'll buy it if I can get him in the house at the time of purchase. At that point I will board up the widows and doors from the outside and set the place on fire.
