Don't let facts shite on the narrative. We need another trillion dollar stimulus because of this don't you get it? Just heard someone bitching on the radio that it's the Republicans fault that the bridge wasn't built to standard because it was built to the standard that was in place when the bridge was built. The Highway Trust Fund: "The fund gets its revenue primarily from federal gas and diesel taxes. But revenues aren't keeping up because people are driving less and there are more fuel-efficient cars on the road."
