truth on hold Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 (edited) Actually makes a pretty good case for Tebow, especially with Jags ... http://wnd.com/2013/05/the-ultimate-clutch-player/ Edited May 23, 2013 by Joe_the_6_pack
San Jose Bills Fan Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 I'm not sure what you're reading because the article by Dan Hanzus was mocking and scornful of both Norris and Tebow. Also, to judge Norris' work you might want to actually link to it: http://www.wnd.com/2013/05/the-ultimate-clutch-player/

I figured someone being complimentary of Tebow would make you a bit disoriented. Edited May 23, 2013 by Joe_the_6_pack
26CornerBlitz Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 (edited) Chuck Norris might want to stick to karate Yep! That and the Total Gym. Edited May 23, 2013 by 26CornerBlitz

tennesseeboy Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 I think for sure Tebow should go to Canada where he can show over time whether he has it at qb or not. Flutie and Warren Moon did that. I don't see him getting a shot with an NFL team right now.

biglukes Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Why not jags now? Seriously where are they going with gabbert and henne Nobody wants to deal with the circus that he and his holier than thou, cultist followers bring. Plus there's the whole thing about him being a horrible NFL quarterback. I don't blame Jackdonville one bit for not wanting any part of him.
RealityCheck Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Tebow sucks. Odds are good that he will continue to suck as a QB. Cool dude, but as an NFL qb, he never had it to begin with. The Bills defense had a field day against him. What else needs to be said?
26CornerBlitz Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 (edited) Just what we needed here on TSW...Another FN Tebow debate! There's a reason why he's a street FA. Please let us move on to other subjects, Tebow is so 2011. Edited May 23, 2013 by 26CornerBlitz
todd Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Imagine that, Norris the zealot supporting Tebow. Gee, never saw that coming.
Chandler#81 Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Chuck Norris was born on May 7th, 1945. Germany surrendered unconditionally on May 8th, 1945. Coincidence? I don't think so..
eball Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Why not jags now? Seriously where are they going with gabbert and henne Why? Because he can't throw a football -- which is usually the #1 qualification of an NFL quarterback.
sir andrew Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Chuck Norris went down to the Virgin Islands on vacation once. Now they're just called "The Islands".
26CornerBlitz Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 I can see an SNL Chuck Norris-Tebow skit coming.

Plus there's the whole thing about him being a horrible NFL quarterback. I don't blame Jackdonville one bit for not wanting any part of him. Look I know its fashionable these days to say tebow sucks etc. But he had a terrific record in college, engineered several comebacks for Denver, and he was stellar in the playoff upset against steelers. Norris is right: you can't take that away from him. If I were a jags fan I'd feel better about the teams future than I would with gabbert or henne. Neither of which have accomplished anywhere near as much as tebow in the NFL, and having had more starts to prove it. And as a non-jags fan, I'd find them more worth watching.
