MavBavButav Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 "Only the Bills, Lions, Jaguars, Colts, Chiefs, Jets, Raiders, Cowboys, Eagles and 49ers have stayed off the board." I feel good about this, I guess. Not great company other than 49ers. I wouldn't be surprised if our guys have been taking Performance Reducing Drugs. MOFO Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 Isn't this like talking about a shutout before it happens, or how great a kicker is doing before a potential game winner?

Leelee Phoenix Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 Every professional athlete cheats, it's just a matter of getting caught. At least the Bills are wise thus far.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 (edited) Every professional athlete cheats, it's just a matter of getting caught. At least the Bills are wise thus far. Can't go that far, Although given how prevalent it was amongst even my high school players 20 years ago, I just can't imagine how tough it is to avoid the allure in a game where being bigger, stronger and faster means everything and it likely feels like everyone is doing it in that world. (To be fair I am on the toilet) PRDS would explain a lot of things though.
Just in Atlanta Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 What the report didn't say is that there are no PEDs left in WNY due to Merriman buying them all up. STDs? Another story.
Malazan Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 Interesting that only two of those teams had 'great' seasons.
Buftex Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 Losing within the rules...something to be said for that!
Jeebus Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 Everyone knows the prevalence of PED these days, as far as the ones who came clean... Well look where they finished after last season, only one had a good season. I'll cheer for a team that has a couple players pop on a piss test, but at least they're not filming other teams practices
NoSaint Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 Interesting that only two of those teams had 'great' seasons. I'm guessing not all that interesting once you really look at it. Does 1-2 guys getting caught really mean anything at all?
jumbalaya Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 All players are on some type of PED. Most use HGH which they don't want to test for, if they did it would sideline about 20 starters on almost every team.
Malazan Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 I'm guessing not all that interesting once you really look at it. Does 1-2 guys getting caught really mean anything at all? Apparently, since almost 1/3 of the league didn't have 1-2 guys get caught.

Didnt think so.
Prickly Pete Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 lived at an olympic training center for a coupe years....not true at all Those aren't "professionals", but I don't agree with the post you responded to. I do think virtually every NFL player is involved with PED's of some kind though.
The Wiz Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 Losing within the rules...something to be said for that! I'd be more concerned for the team if they were losing and breaking the rules.
