He has been a youth pastor for six years at the New Community Mission Church in San Leandro, California, deputies said. "If we'd not arrested anybody else in this entire operation, it would have been worth all the resources knowing we got this youth minister," Judd said. "There may be other victims out in California that we don't know about that local police need to know about now."
