ChevyVanMiller Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Here's a kid with a great attitude. After reading this I'm pulling for him to have a nice career (except when he plays the Bills, of course). http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/ravens-third-round-pick-brandon-williams-goes-portable-135958683.html
Kirby Jackson Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I always root for guys like this. It is great to see hard work and humility succeed. It sounds like his mom worked hard to get him here and now he has the opportunity to take care of her. I hope that it works out for them.
Armchair GM Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Awesome...this kid was on my draft radar for a while. He's a beast. He was the biggest DL @ the Sr. Bowl, and from the reports I read he was, by far, the quickest and most agile. He probably will have a great NFL career! Good for him..and his momma too.

San Jose Bills Fan Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Another Michael Oher Story! We tend to focus on the negative but as you know there's hundreds of stories like this in the NFL. Look at people like Torrey Smith, former Bills Nic Harris, Jon Dorenbos, Ronnie Vinklarek. I'm constantly amazed by the strength of character and determination of many NFLers. So many of these guys have overcome steep odds.
