Green Lightning Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 (edited) Hope he's a HOF coach because he's gotten screwed so far as a HOF player. Edited May 3, 2013 by Green Lightning
truth on hold Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 (edited) He needs to come out of the closet. Score points for "bravery". And motivate teams to get positive PR for hiring the first openly gay coach. Whether or not he is gay is beside the point . Edited May 3, 2013 by Joe_the_6_pack
boyst Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Kutztown state would be foolish not to bring him in... He needs to come out of the closet. Score points for "bravery". And motivate teams to get positive PR for hiring the first openly gay coach. Whether or not he is gay is beside the point . Ha.
White Linen Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 He needs to come out of the closet. Score points for "bravery". And motivate teams to get positive PR for hiring the first openly gay coach. Whether or not he is gay is beside the point . Don't you know the world is looking for an active playing superstar to be gay?
Rubes Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Hope he's a HOF coach because he's gotten screwed so far as a HOF dinner. Is that anything like a Hungry Man dinner?
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Good thing this wasn't posted Jan 1! There would have been a dozen threads here advocating him to be the next head coach. would have made perfect sense.
machine gun kelly Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 He's a cool guy. I remember talking with him a few times at the Big Tree. Then two years ago, he was the guest judge at our national sales meeting for our chili cookout. His "over the middle" BBQ was really good. I don't think he's gay, but could care less if he is gay. I hope he does coach in some small level, and works his way up.
Beerball Posted May 3, 2013 Author Posted May 3, 2013 wonder why he waited so long? I wondered the same thing. Could be he wanted some separation from the game, could be that business ventures haven't gone as planned (is his BBQ sauce still out there? anyone tried it?), could be he misses the locker room.
Green Lightning Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Is that anything like a Hungry Man dinner? Fixed. The dangers of late night voice-to-text posting!
Ted William's frozen head Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 He needs to come out of the closet. Score points for "bravery". ..Just wondering what you base that charge on?

Mr. WEO Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Hope he's a HOF coach because he's gotten screwed so far as a HOF player. He'll certainly tell everyone he should be..
buffaloboyinATL Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 He'll certainly tell everyone he should be.. Someone has to campaign for him, even if it is him. This is a good thing, maybe being around football will help his case, like it has for Cris Carter.
Chandler#81 Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Coach Reed to rookie WR: <sharp whistle tweet> "NO, NO, NOOOOO! That's NOT how you throw a helmet in disgust! You yank the chin strap and slam it straight down in front of you! Like this!!"
