Joe Miner Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I will admit that I don't know anything about this guy. Seems like a semi productive guy coming off of an injury. I have no idea what the asking price is (seemingly too high at this point) But we have an inexperienced group of LB's, some additional veteran leadership at a thin spot on the roster might not hurt. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000164748/article/desmond-bishop-could-be-traded-by-green-bay-packers Anyone know anything about him? Best I can tell he's a 4.7 40 guy, so he may not have the speed we're looking for.
chris heff Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Was he the guy that won the Nobel Peace Prize?
Chandler#81 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Was he the guy that won the Nobel Peace Prize? Was he the guy that won the Nobel Peace Prize? No. TuTu is his nickname.
Justice Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 He's a good player coming off a major injury. I think he makes roughly $4M a year which is too much for a guy with this much uncertainty. I'd pass.
I_want_2_BILL_Lieve Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 (edited) I've heard of him. I'd pass. He has to keep typing in some numbers every 108 minutes or some weird batsh!t happens. Who needs that! Edited April 30, 2013 by I_want_2_BILL_Lieve
NewEra Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Not at his salary. Like others said, if they cut him, try and sign him for cheap

swnybillsfan Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 isn't he the guy that got nick barnett's job?
ProbablyWrong Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I like him, but too expensive. Could be a great add if he is cut.
3rdand12 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 this is probably on the Nix/ Whaley radar. Those knuckleheads are preety crafty
BeastMode54 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 ANy chance we take a look? He'd be another huge addition to the LB corp
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 I doubt it; seems like they are going youth movement at ILB.

26CornerBlitz Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 @CJ_Octagon Congrats to @Desbishop55 in staying in the NFC North by agreeing to terms with the @Vikings.
3rdand12 Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 @CJ_Octagon Congrats to @Desbishop55 in staying in the NFC North by agreeing to terms with the @Vikings. Thanks for the post 26. you are the man day in day out. Should we have considered him 26CB ? I think that unless we have a big fall off (which is possible when pads go on) during T. camp i would bet that Driesbach is happy enough to coach up what he has , for now at least
