DC Tom Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 http://www.reuters.c...E93M00V20130423 I remember ten years ago, when someone in California got REALLY upset hearing some tech geek refer to a couple of hard drives as the "master" and "slave" drives. California passed legislation prohibiting the perpetuation of slavery and MANDATING that such drives be called "primary' and "secondary" drives. That was the point at which I started calling them "plantation owner" and "cotton picker" drives.
BillsFanM.D. Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 That was the point at which I started calling them "plantation owner" and "cotton picker" drives. Come on now. Everyone gets a trophy in today's society. It's the "A" team drive and the "B" team drive.

Chef Jim Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 "Words matter," said Liz Watson, a National Women's Law Center senior adviser. "This is important in changing hearts and minds." No it's not.
