Damond Talbot Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I just found out that Frank Summers was signed by the Bills Damond It is on nomorelinks. com
swnybillsfan Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 well, so far we haven't had real good luck with tanks, maybe this one'll stick.
Dennis in NC Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Tank Carder did not work out so well last year. Carl "Tank" Byrum - http://www.buffalobillsalumni.com/searchresults.asp?cat=62 Carl currently resides in Cheektowaga, NY and works as a welder…He is an active member of the Buffalo Bills Alumni Association and still attends most Bills home games. Any other tanks you know of?
Nanker Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Saw him on the Day 1 Roundup tape. He shows up big and thick at 3:36. He was drafted by Pittsburgh in 2009 in the 5th round. He's been banged up a bit, but he looks like a player.
ExWNYer Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I just found out that Frank Summers was signed by the Bills Damond It is on nomorelinks. com Will he be gone by summer's end?
Kelly the Dog Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Frank "The Tank" Summers is the Steelers' 5-8, 240-pound rookie fullback who, in the words of his position coach, "has shown a great appetite for violence" as a lead blocker.
SWVABillsFan Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Funny just the other day I was watching that video on Youtube, vvvverrry vvverryyyy intersting.
wonderbread Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Will he be gone by summer's end? No...summers eve.
Helpmenow Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Robert tank holmes rb for the chiefs in the late 60''s
ExWNYer Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 No...summers eve. Well, now...that's a douchey thing to say.
bowery4 Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 So Corey Mac is a goner? I was hoping he'd be back. He certainly hasn't had the injury bug. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41ev5xHCX9I Judging from that vid you just posted he leads with his head (crown) when running and makes late hits out of bounds.
Damond Talbot Posted April 19, 2013 Author Posted April 19, 2013 Corey Mc was never re-signed. So they brought in Summers to compete. They might sign an undrafted free agent but as of right now Summers is the leader blocker. He has good feet and will be a good fit in a west coast offense.
Leelee Phoenix Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 I remember watching him with UNLV. I don't know if he's much of a blocker, but he's a big guy who can catch. Could be a sleeper FB for a west coast offense. McIntyre wouldn't fit well, so it will have to be someone.

There was hope around here (me included) that Corey would be signed again after the draft.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 This team needs not only tanks but artillery, missiles, bombs, and defensive stands.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 This team needs not only tanks but artillery, missiles, bombs, and defensive stands. Now you're talking like Stevie.
billsfan89 Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Sounds like it could be a nice little signing. Nothing Earth shattering but these are the signings that really round out a roster.
