ICanSleepWhenI'mDead Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 (edited) http://www.latimes.c...,0,753185.story Neighbors described Kevin Harris, 52, as odd but harmless with a history of mental illness. They made a point to walk at a brisk pace past his house, which was wrapped in foil . . . * * * * * * * * * * About 5:45 p.m. Sunday, Costa Mesa police were called to Harris’ home for a report of a man down. When they got there, Harris got up and went back inside. He told police he was fine, and he was wearing a hat that said in effect, “I don’t need any help,” said Sgt. Jerry Hildeman. Two hours later, police were back and Harris was dead from apparently blowing himself up. Am I the only one who wants to know what the guy's hat actually said? MDH Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 When I don't want any help I use a good old fashion "F-off." Well, either that or "No, thank you." It depends on my mood.

Guffalo Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 (edited) "Cryptic notes taped to a tree"?? This guy could have been the 21st century Boo Bradley. Or even Boo Radley Edited April 16, 2013 by Guffalo
BringBackFergy Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 Damn touch pad phones...I put Radley and the phone auto selected Bradley. That'll teach me. I just read the book a few months ago (hadn't read it in 30 years)...loved it.
