If youve looked at recent trends with Buddy Nix, you know that he believes that he can find solid O-Line play with low round draft picks and waiver wire additons. The highest offensive lineman drafted in the Buddy Nix era was in the second round for Cordy Glenn last year, and that is only because hey had a first round grade on the guy. (Eric Wood was drafted the year before Nix had any draft input).

Now lets look at the rest of the starting line: LG is up in the air with Levitre being gone but obviously he had no priority in signing the guy to big money if he believes he can fill the void easily. Wood, the center, was drafted at the end of the first round before Buddy was here so thats a moot point. RG is Kraig Urbik who was a 3rd round pick that was claimed off of waivers from Pittsburgh and has been pretty solid, Hairston was a 4th round pick and Pears was a FA fringe starter before he came here.

There is NO chance Nix takes Warmack or Cooper with the 8th pick
