eball Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Karma suggests tit for tat -- for some reason, I don't equate death with the rather innocuous practice of spray painting a wall or side of a bridge.
Chef Jim Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Karma suggests tit for tat -- for some reason, I don't equate death with the rather innocuous practice of spray painting a wall or side of a bridge. I agree with your Karma remark but disagree with your innocuous comment.
eball Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 I agree with your Karma remark but disagree with your innocuous comment. Just using it in the sense of dollars (damage) vs. death.
Chef Jim Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Just using it in the sense of dollars (damage) vs. death. Well comparing to death is silly but it's still expensive and an incredible eyesore. Also very heavily gang related. It's how they mark their territory. I know our condo building years ago spent a good amount of money keeping the graffiti off.
DC Tom Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Karma suggests tit for tat -- for some reason, I don't equate death with the rather innocuous practice of spray painting a wall or side of a bridge. It's less equating death to graffiti than equating death to stupid. And I'm good with that.
Jim in Anchorage Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Authorities said gravity played a role in both deaths.Read more here: http://www.sacbee.com/2013/04/02/5309019/man-dies-hanging-from-building.html#storylink=cpy First class detective work.

Chef Jim Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 It's less equating death to graffiti than equating death to stupid. And I'm good with that. Well when you put it that way I'm beyond good with that.
DC Tom Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 First class detective work. We need a law regulating the possession and use of gravity. Think of the children!
Jim in Anchorage Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 We need a law regulating the possession and use of gravity. Think of the children! Gravity isn't just a good idea...it's the LAW.
Hammered a Lot Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 I know what a tit is but, what is a tat? I think I read somewhere it's a poster who starts/hypes up a thread about some hot babe and dinner then when it comes time for photos, fails to provide them.
Chef Jim Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 I think I read somewhere it's a poster who starts/hypes up a thread about some hot babe and dinner then when it comes time for photos, fails to provide them. Hmmmm, I thought that was a dick. Oh well, I guess I stand corrected.
boyst Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Graffiti is just horrible and stupid. I mean, it can be funny some times but usually it's just lame. There is a commercial on here about NC college fundation where the kid starts spray painting a wall and saying it takes skill and smarts to spray paint a wall, that's why he knows he's good enough to go to college and why he is going to us the website or whatever.
Marv's Neighbor Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 We need a law regulating the possession and use of gravity. Think of the children! If Gravity is outlawed, only outlaws will have Gravity?
Nanker Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 If Gravity is outlawed, only outlaws will have Gravity? If that ever happens, we'll all go rogue.
