Leelee Phoenix Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 I'm still ticked that the Bills let Joique Bell go for nothing. Never forget.
Captain Hindsight Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 I'm still ticked that the Bills let Joique Bell go for nothing. Never forget. Ya how we could let him go instead of Fred Jackson, Marshawn Lynch and Cj Spiller?
benderbender Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 I'm still ticked that the Bills let Joique Bell go for nothing. Never forget. +1 Bell could have been had for cheap too
Mr. WEO Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 Team player. Leader. Hard Worker. Likely cheap. Â Meh....I don't know. 3rd stringer publicly calling out his teammates doesn't make him a leader. Â But hey, who says the Bills aren't doing anything in free agency?
Nanker Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 means we don't have to draft a RB in the 1st round this year! true, but it doesn't mean we won't either.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 http://blogs.buffalo...ned-with-bills/ Â FA hope to be paid As weeks pass, their hopes wither Bills seek for bargains
RyanC883 Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 This is a very good signing. Likely Marrone will use 2-3 RB's quite a bit like he did at SU. Choice is probably the best #3 RB in the league. Also, if Spiller or Freddie get injured he is more than capable of stepping in.  FA hope to be paid As weeks pass, their hopes wither Bills seek for bargains  Still some good bargains out there. Remember we got Scott Chandler for nothing off of waivers. We could still get a year out of Dallas Clark, Harrison, etc.
Dean Cain Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 I got a feeling. That Buffalo's going to the ....
Kelly the Dog Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 I'm okay with it, as long as Chan is gone. Choice is a very hard worker and fiery guy that is likely to have a positive, if minimal, affect on the team. And he runs quite differently than either CJ or Fred Ex, which is good. Â The problem with him was two-fold: In his first year he did nothing, and was used in the wrong situations because Chan was familiar with and loved him. In his second year, it got worse, because he did pretty well and then Chan overused him. Choice is a great guy to have if he doesn't play by choice but by necessity. Chan put him in on short yardage or goalline or other situations when he should have had Spiller in there. Â I doubt Marrone makes the same mistake since he has no background with him.
offyourocker Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 If we ever need 2 to 3 yards average, we are now set
D521646 Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 This opens up the possibility now to use Fredex as bait for trading back into the first round.
BringBackFergy Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 This opens up the possibility now to use Fredex as bait for trading back into the first round. Yeah, then we'd have to draft another RB to take Fred's spot??
D521646 Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 Well yeah. Hey look I don't like the idea, but I bet dollars to donuts that the Bills brass have it as an option.
Leelee Phoenix Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 Ya how we could let him go instead of Fred Jackson, Marshawn Lynch and Cj Spiller? Lynch could have been traded long before he was. I think it was reported the Bills had a better offer than the pitiful 4th rounder in the offseason.
