CowgirlsFan
Oven roast. It was a bottom rump roast. I was nervous. But I had it covered and put an inch of water, then baked it at 325 for about 25 minutes per pound. Came out absolutely perfectly medium rare month a dry piece of meat. Good job! I'll give it a try! Chef Jim
No one cooked rabbit stew? I loved working at restaurants where we served rabbit. We'd use only the loins and freeze the legs. When there were enough legs I'd to a rabbit stew special. Funny how it always seemed to be around Easter.

ExiledInIllinois
potato? Actually, cheese (sweet style) with fried onions and sour cream... In order of my most favorite to least: 1. Cheese (sweet or non-sweet) 2. Kraut 3. Potato 4. Plum... etc.. Never had the dessert styles till I went to Pierogi Fest in Whiting, Indiana (held around late July every year)... Not bad... 5. Meat filling :-) Yum! Edited April 2, 2013 by ExiledInIllinois
