PromoTheRobot Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/03/27/chargers-to-release-jared-gaither/ We missed on him last year. Here's our chance to right that wrong. I heard of him. He's better than anyone we have. Offer him the minimum. What do we have to lose? I heard of him. PTR
Luxy312 Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 I'm not sure what team you're watching. Cordy Glenn did a heck of a job as a rookie last year and is cemented in at the LT spot. Erik Pears played fine on the right side. This kid you're talking about was cut from 2 teams prior to now being cut by his 3rd team. This is a classic case of remembering the college player that was supposed to be good, but turned out to be garbage. I wouldn't take a shot at Gaither at all.
boyst Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 He will do. Great job protecting Flynn! Get'r done buddy!
Steve O Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 Head, back, groin, ankle, if it isn't one thing it's another, injuries pretty much cover head to toe.
shibuya Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 Love the sarcasm.. He is by far not the best we would have
BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 Remember when we all thought he was going to get traded here and solve all of our OT woes? Dodged that bullet, Gaither is a tub of goo with zero passion.
billsfan89 Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Wouldn't mind taking a flier on him guy is talented but the issue is health no more than a minimum deal. Worth the chance though
Leelee Phoenix Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 No. Gaither's a great talent, but he's a lazy fatass. If he didn't want to work for Baltimore and San Diego, he surely won't here.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Not every player in the NFL plays for the love of the game. In fact I'm not sure it's a majority of NFL players who actually love the game. Regardless, Gaither seems like the kind of player who's in it for the money.

benderbender Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 http://profootballta...-jared-gaither/ We missed on him last year. Here's our chance to right that wrong. I heard of him. He's better than anyone we have. Offer him the minimum. What do we have to lose? I heard of him. Well sure, but have you ever heard of him?
billsrcursed Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Are you serious???!!! How's he better? lol, no.
JohnC Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 No. Gaither's a great talent, but he's a lazy fatass. If he didn't want to work for Baltimore and San Diego, he surely won't here. When he was at the Univ. of Maryland he was benched and replaced by a much lesser talented player because of his lack of effort and work effort. The Hc, Friedgen, said I would rather play the lesser player who gives maximum effort than the more talented player who is lazy and doesn't care.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Love it! Maybe we can trade for Jason Peters while we are at it! CBF
