Oh, did you mean the Buffalo Bills? Who cares? I mean, in the end they are doing exactly the same as the rest of us...just working for the Bills.

I use salesforce for my business, with an add on called Radian6 that canvasses the web for conversations, then feeds them into a control panel. Everything is accessible from one page, and it is all aggregated. While I am sure most NFL teams do not use this yet, it is only a matter of time before they do.. at least in their PR departments.

billsfan714 Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013 I dont think anything goes to the top judging by the Millenium of Misery, I would take the board concensus over most decisions made by our front office.
