BringBackFergy Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 First off - No (despite what Poojer might do) Second - This is a unique defense but will ultimately fail assuming Minnesota has a similar law as Texas - i.e. even if the relationship was consensual and the student of age, it's still a "no no" to engage in this activity if you are involved in the student's education. When it's a female teacher, it's scandalous and gossipy and older men make jokes about how they wish that their teachers would've done that to them.
