Kevin Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 So why is it not working here in Buffalo? Piss poor coaching, and a failure at the QB position. Same as in San Diego. Marty ball killed the Chargers, and Norv is a horrible head coach.
DrDawkinstein Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Yep, just blindly trust OBD to have a viable plan in place. They are always one step ahead of the competition. What's the other option? Besides crying about it on the internet.

So piss poor coaching is why they are dumping so many players and have so many holes? And Nix had nothing to say about the whole Fitz situation?

FLFan Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 What's the other option? Besides crying about it on the internet. OBD should publish their plan on TSW for fan feedback and comment. Once we have consensus approval, they can then execute the plan according to the collectve wisdom being offered on a fan message board. This will no doubt keep everyone happy and lead to a championship.

Edwards, Losman, Brown, Collins. 1992, we drafted Iowa QB Matt Rodgers in the 12th who didn't do much... 1986, Brian McClure in the 12th, from BOWLING GREEN! other then that, we had a guy named Brian, who was a QB. 1983, some guy named Jim 1982, Matt Kofler in the 2nd, Luc Tousignant in the 8th. 1980, Gene Bradly 1979, Dan Manucci, Dave Marler 1977, Fred Besana 1976, Scott Gardner 1975, with the 383st pick in round 15 we selected Chris Kupec 1974, Gary Marangi 1973, Matt Reed, Joe Ferguson... Bill Polian only drafted 2 QB's in his tenure. Edited March 22, 2013 by jboyst62
ALF Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Did you just use a Wikipedia entry to justify Buddy's qualifications? If it's on the internet it must be true ? Was hopeful he could have the same success here as in SD.

Bill Polian only drafted 2 QB's in his tenure. I suspect my tongue in cheek approach would have yielded more than 4 QB's drafted in that time. I also suspect it would have yielded similar success. By the way, do not forget the trade of #1 picks for Rob Johnson and Drew Bledsoe.
Malazan Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 And as someone who has a degree in Business Management and Marketing, I understand that marketing is figuring out the best ways to convince your audience, (your customers, in this case the Bills Fans) that they should buy your product. Convincing you that they are doing everything they can and spending everything they possibly can to field a competitive team, so you will buy their product is their main goal. (Even if actually they are not, and they can make more profit by spending less money) Knowing everything you can learn about your customers so you can best convince them to give you their money, instead of someone else, is what it is all about, period. Your delusion strikes again. You're under this assumption that there is this large swath of people 'buying' it.
