transient Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 knock knock.. Knock knock knock. been at work and could only view so i have been reading all day and no news probably is good news. But i am going to keep my f5 ready just in case someone gets a morsel. It's me .. ... Dave, man. Let me in . ...I got the stuff. knock knock knock WHO?!?!
San Jose Bills Fan Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 Well?? Is he still in the Buff? Wait! That didn't come out right... Who's prowling' the hotels? Wait.. Is anyone getting past TSA @ the airport? -Dammit! Oh crap. I just remembered we were supposed to send someone over to the Sundowner to replace Kas. Presuming the money is reasonable ($4 million range?), this seems like a no-brainer. I think the guesses here on what sort of contract he might sign are high. I'd be surprised if the Bills were offering more than $2 million per year. This is a guy who was sitting on the open market with little or no interest very late in free agency. Where is Nevergiveup??? Apparently he gave up.

It's times like these i gotta wonder what kind of operation we are running here. I left the station wagon full of gas and ready to go all evening. Edited April 25, 2013 by 3rdand12
mousetrap08 Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 I am starting to think and maybe I am wrong that this Dansby thing is nothing more than a pre draft bunch of BS.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 and you wanted to be my latex salesman...? Technically the deal was structured as an investment opportunity…
BillnutinHouston Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 It's possible that they've signed him and have asked all parties to keep it quiet until after the draft. Unlikely they'd be able to keep it under wraps, but it is theoretically possible.
Happy Days Lois & Clark Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 We can only hope that the Bils can get a deal with Dansby and his agent.

Unlikely they'd be able to keep it under wraps, but it is theoretically possible. In fact I'm not sure it's possible. All signings go through the nfl office and I imagine the rosters and available free agents are not held in secret.
Alphadawg7 Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 Anyone have any idea if he is still in Buffalo or not? Supposedly he was to be here Monday and Tuesday...but here we sit Wed night and I still cant find any confirmation if he left or is still in town. Have I missed something?
Jamie Nails Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 He's currently weighing the deer situation vs. what other cities have to offer. In all seriousness, the lack of anything is bugging the S out of me too.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 I heard the Bills flew Dansby back to Birmingham in Ralph's ultralight. According to Hammer it took off from the practice field last night after dark.
JTO Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 No thanks! He would only stop the progression for a younger LB. Much rather roll with what we have or draft.
Jamie Nails Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 I heard the Bills flew Dansby back to Birmingham in Ralph's ultralight. According to Hammer it took off from the practice field last night after dark. Really?
San Jose Bills Fan Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 Really? Absolutely Justin. Ralph's private ultralight.
Jamie Nails Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 (edited) Ralph's private ultralight. So I clearly know nothing about aircraft. I want to believe. It's still real to me, damnit! Edited April 25, 2013 by Jamie Nails
bowery4 Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 He couldn't live up to the moniker. Even he has his limits, you know. I think he was the equipment manager. Where is Nevergiveup???
transient Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 I think he was the equipment manager. Interesting theory... It's Nevergiveup. Open up, I got the stuff. C'mon man, I think OBD saw me.
