The Big Cat Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 GOOD! This is a team in transition. We will not have our "starter" until the last week of training camp anyways. Deepen the competition pool as much as possible! TJax, Corp, Kolb, Flynn, a rookie, an UDFA, Paul Blake, BRING THEM ALL IN!!
BRAWNDO Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 I know that I do not have a lot of posts so you have no reason to believe me but I am told that in addition to Fred Davis, Kevin Kolb will be in today as well. My sources are credible but take it for what it's worth. Thanks for the info.
shibuya Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 I have no issue with a FA QB pickup no matter the name
NoSaint Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 If doing Jackson, another vet and adding a highly picked rookie is in the plan I like kolb more than Flynn
BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 I think we'll start seeing some free agent visits over the next week or so now that all of the pro days are essentially wrapped up.
thebandit27 Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 I know that I do not have a lot of posts so you have no reason to believe me but I am told that in addition to Fred Davis, Kevin Kolb will be in today as well. White Linen Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 If doing Jackson, another vet and adding a highly picked rookie is in the plan I like kolb more than Flynn I agree with you on Kolb over Flynn.
Kirby Jackson Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Okay, you're on the record...I'll be the first to laud your news-breaking acumen if you're on the $$. I wish that it was something better than a Kevin Kolb visit but.... I am okay with him as an option. I like Kolb and Flynn about the same but he won't cost you one of the few draft picks that you have.
thebandit27 Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 I wish that it was something better than a Kevin Kolb visit but.... I am okay with him as an option. I like Kolb and Flynn about the same but he won't cost you one of the few draft picks that you have. As long as it's something akin to the veteran minimum, then yeah, I can't see the downside to bringing in a veteran.
Coach Tuesday Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Kolb wouldn't require giving up a draft pick, so I'd be fine with him over Flynn. He's tough as nails and has a good arm. Seems coachable to me. Loves shooting animals so not my favorite person to root for, but I'd still take him over Flynn (or TJax).
Bufcomments Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 No to Kolb.....as a matter of fact hell to da naw. Rob Johnson 2.0

He's tough as nails and has a good arm. Seems coachable to me. Loves shooting animals so not my favorite person to root for, but I'd still take him over Flynn (or TJax). He and Mario can go hunting together.
FluffHead Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 He will be concussed before he leaves the facility today

Maury Ballstein Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 hope kevin kolb's applying for one of those snow shoveling positions. mega- NO
The Big Cat Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 How can fans possibly say "no" to any quarterback?? It'd be like shitting down a hole in our yard because we're holding out for a golden toilet. Whoa...expected that to be censored...
Kelly the Dog Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 He and Mario can go hunting together. I hear that there are deers in Jim Kelly's backyard.
NoSaint Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 How can fans possibly say "no" to any quarterback?? while i get the sentiment, we cant collect ALL of them, so itd be nice to get the best one we can out of the group.
