Tipster19 Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Now THAT'S a WR that I would love the Bills to get! Apparently his contract is too expensive. C'mon Buddy, git 'er done before you get the boot!
KollegeStudnet Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 I think it's time we should change Buddy Nix to Duddy Nix...that is all I got
coseybedaman Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Lets begin the posts about why this guy isnt worth the money, and how all the studs on our roster are better than Sidney Rice or any other veteran wideout.

reddogblitz Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Gosh I'd do a happy dance for a month if we could somehow land Sidney Rice. I've seen him play a lot. He is an out and out STUD !! With a rookie or journeyman QB, you need good WRs. He'd be worth it at twice the price.
djp14150 Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 I live in the Seattle market..... Seattle didnt do this to trade sidney Rice.... they did this move in part to prevent SF from getting him, and it adds an element to their offense and complements Rice. The issue now is with Baldwin and and Golden Tate. Both are in the last year of their contracts so effectivly this year could involve trading one of them or them playing out to see who is resigned. The team is playing to win now. they can absorb a contract for Percy Harvin now because of their cap space and they have a bunch of starts still on cheap EL contracts. Next season is when cap casualties could happen with them.
coseybedaman Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 I agree, but there are many news reports that Sidney is the odd man out due to his large contract. He hasnt been utilitzed as it was originally thought he would be in the Seattle offense, and they may want to just draft a wideout and save themselves a lot of money. They do have Zach Miller, Percy Harvin, Golden Tate, and Baldwin along with a great running game.

He's money. He's the kind of guy I dream of Buffalo getting someday.

RussellDopeland Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 If i'm on the phone with Seattle, i'm asking about Flynn, not Rice.
