I watch "American Greed" on CNBC often and it seems like the corporate world is replete with these stories. And then the fu(kers invariably abscond to some tropical country. But that's different, because the state's liabilities are secured by their ability to tax. So it's really the fault of the rich fat-cats at the private firms for not paying their fair share.
