So let's do something a little fun gang. I'm going to create a topic (every day or so) for each position until free agency. As a community we can rate how well off we feel the Bills are at the position. Then we can do this after free agency, and then we can do this after the draft. This way we can see where our holes really are at, what we need to address, and to see if the bills address these needs. Please be rational/honest with your voting. Also please post as well as vote, that way we can say I told you so in a few months!

Naturally Searcy gets a below average simply due to being totally unproven.

 

I hope he's the player I think he can be which is a very good run defender. Actually for better or worse, he reminds me quite a bit of Donte.

 

Obviously I hope he's a better pass defender.

Byrd is great and I also gave a below average rating to SS because Searcy is unproven still. When we drafted him I thought he would be our "steal" of the 2011 draft. He was solid in coverage for UNC and layed some big time hits. Hoping he steps up now with Wilson gone.

I'm curious as to how Fixxxer gave an above-average rating to our SS and depth.
