Hotpockets28 Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 The bills should go after LB Dannell ellerbe and a very underrated LB in Manny lawson....with those two picks in free agency...they can go all in offensively in the draft....QB,WR,TE,OG,...
PromoTheRobot Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 Looks like the Ravens will be trying to keep Ellerbe over Kruger. http://m.espn.go.com...storyId=9030980 Incarcerated Bob had to be right about the Bills targeting Ellerbe. Why else would the Ravens do this? Why do Bills officials share their secret plans with Incarcerated Bob?? PTR
Maddog69 Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 Incarcerated Bob had to be right about the Bills targeting Ellerbe. Why else would the Ravens do this? Why do Bills officials share their secret plans with Incarcerated Bob?? PTR I am hoping that the Bills strategy is to aggressively pursue Ellerbe and Kruger. Force B-more to pick one of the other and then we land whichever one they lose. then depending on which on we get (ILB or OLB) sign Pace or Scott from NYJ fill the other LB spot.
reddogblitz Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 Since they are at least 2 years away, I'd prefer to save to big FA money for their own good players and build the team the right way. Conceding your "2 years away" and not signing FAs is a good way to stay "2 years away."
QCity Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 This is the name I'm hoping to hear a buzz about later on today!
San Jose Bills Fan Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 This is the name I'm hoping to hear a buzz about later on today! With the trade of Boldin it becomes a bit more possible for Baltimore to retain Ellerbe.
QCity Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 With the trade of Boldin it becomes a bit more possible for Baltimore to retain Ellerbe. Yeah, and considering he's their #1 priority, I'm not getting my hopes up too much.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Yeah, and considering he's their #1 priority, I'm not getting my hopes up too much. That's probably wise. We can always dream though.
Peter Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 With the trade of Boldin it becomes a bit more possible for Baltimore to retain Ellerbe. I think that you are exactly correct. I also heard someone say on the radio that the Boldin move was probably a move to make it easier to keep Ellerbe.
bmur66 Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 (edited) Seeing how the Bills have only nobodys at the linebacker position I will be very disappointed if they don't make a run at a stud linebacker. Also the Bills used to breed linebackers. Now they can't draft one to save their life. Edited March 12, 2013 by bmur66
