ICanSleepWhenI'mDead Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 (edited) http://www2.highland...-say-ar-643226/ Not sure who's dumber, the idiot who owned the gun or the cops whose investigation found the shooting "accidental." The guy lived in Frostproof - - guess he should have lived in "Bulletproof." Edited February 28, 2013 by ICanSleepWhenI'mDead
Just Jack Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Gregory Dale Lanier, 35, the victim, told investigators that he thought the gun in his pickup truck was not loaded. Happens more often than you hear, usually every hunting season there's one hunter that rests their rifle against a tree and a dog knocks it over, firing it.
Jim in Anchorage Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 The report said Lanier was not only surprised that the gun was loaded, but also that it was actually a 9mm weapon Clearly a gun expert.
truth on hold Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Update: "Guns don't kill people, people and dogs with guns kill people"
The Poojer Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 This country needs more regulations protecting us from people who go by first, middle & last name and middle name is 'Dale' or 'Lee'.
Beerball Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I wonder if he had a license for that dog. It's typically unregistered dogs who shoot people.
truth on hold Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 NRA issued a statement saying the answer is to arm more dogs
ICanSleepWhenI'mDead Posted February 28, 2013 Author Posted February 28, 2013 Maybe he told the dog to put his head inside the truck window one too many times: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXAniU7wvJg
IDBillzFan Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Congress announced today that as a result of this travesty, it will ban all guns that had nothing to do with this particular incident.
Chef Jim Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I wonder if he had a license for that dog. It's typically unregistered dogs who shoot people. Good one.
Maury Ballstein Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 I wonder if he had a license for that dog. It's typically unregistered dogs who shoot people.
Heels20X6 Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 But if we take guns away from dogs, only bad dogs will have access to guns! Fortunately, a rolled up newspaper can usually put a stop to them...
BillsFanM.D. Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 From the article ------> "Sebring Police Cmdr. Steve Carr said police did not arrest the dog or detain the animal, pending the investigation." Are we sure this isn't an Onion piece?
DC Tom Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 In the dog's defense, he thought he was riding with Michael Vick.
