Solomon Grundy Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 After watching combine and reviewing some YouTube videos my sleeper pick and late round gem of the draft is Rodney Smith, WR, Florida State. At 6'4 and 225 lbs running a 4.5 40yd dash with excellent hands he may be the big receiver the Bills may be looking for. Which guy from the combine got your attention?
BillsInMaine Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 Conner Vernon WR Duke Gavin Escobar TE SDSU Matt Scott QB Arizona
910BillsFan Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 Sean Renfree QB Duke Vance McDonald TE Rice Alec Lemon WR Syracuse
BringBackFergy Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 TJ Moe, WR, Mizzou...Julian Edelman clone (ex QB, strong (most bench reps of all WR's), slot receiver, good hands, quick , intense. 5th or 6th round
White Linen Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 I thought Tyler Bray and Landry Jones looked excellent.
RyanC883 Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 Don't think he was at the combine. But if we are talking late round/UDFA gem, my vote is for Michael Mauti, ILB, Penn State. At the combine, I was impressed with Escobar and Swoop.
ProbablyWrong Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 Not sure where he is projected, but I like Stoneburner from OSU quite a bit. Not much of a blocker, but could fill a Hernandez-like role with his speed, size, and hands.
mannc Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 Not exactly under the radar, but Manti Teo, LB, Notre Dame. Could be an excellent value in the 6 or 7th round for the Bills.
