I mean give Levitre whatever he wants (you can't find stalwart Guards that don't miss a game and perform at a high level) He is worth Ben Grubbs money. If you think not, you are cheap. Franchise Byrd then sign him to a long deal. Then right after that, don't worry about McKelvin or A. Williams. Sign Eric Wood to an extension.

In hindsight it would have been nice to take either, but Dalton isn't terribly gifted physically, and if Kaepernick was such the obvious choice why did SF resign A Smith when they already had Kaepernick on the roster (and already had a full season to work with and evaluate him)?
