CardinalScotts Posted February 20, 2013 Posted February 20, 2013 if they did (which they won't) you would be here demanding they should be winner on here in September
sodbuster Posted February 20, 2013 Posted February 20, 2013 Would you trade as many draft picks this years for next year picks to stock pile picks to make a trade for next years # 1 ? Talking heads say Johnny Manziel will declare for the nfl draft next year. he would be eligible. It would probably take at least 2 # 1s plus To acquire the first over all pick ala RG3. 1. you make it seem like all we need on this football team is a qb.2. theres no guarantee that we wont be in position to draft him next year. im sick of playing for next year all the time. it is one thing when you are at the end of a losing season, but going into the year... just play to win.
NewEra Posted February 20, 2013 Posted February 20, 2013 No other NFL GM realizes this draft is weak and next year's should be better. PTR Well, maybe that's why a lot of GMs get fired. Looking one year down the road is practical when building most businesses. 1. you make it seem like all we need on this football team is a qb. 2. theres no guarantee that we wont be in position to draft him next year. im sick of playing for next year all the time. it is one thing when you are at the end of a losing season, but going into the year... just play to win. 1. Considering that we haven't had a decent QB since JK, it should be the #1 priority to get a stud QB. It's not the only this we need, but its BY FAR the biggest missing piece and its not even close. 2. No there isn't. Our track record suggests we'll be picking. 8-11. Not getting the QB there.
