Change the billing and caller ID name to her name. Then the "ghost" becomes Katie. :-/ This is stupid... Heck, toss the phone and plug another one in and see if it happens. Here husband died in the late 1990's. Does that have anything to do with it? Anway, time to finally change the ID and billing over?

In college there was a program you could use on the web, needless to say many laughs were had.
