Change the billing and caller ID name to her name. Then the "ghost" becomes Katie. :-/ This is stupid... Heck, toss the phone and plug another one in and see if it happens. It is a landline. Here husband died in the late 1990's. Does that have anything to do with it? Anway, time to finally change the ID and billing over?
