Captain Hindsight Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 With ease. It would be nice to have him be healthy, but I'm not banking on it
The Big Cat Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 With ease. It would be nice to have him be healthy, but I'm not banking on it Not banking on it either, but the dude has clearly been working on getting in shape...for what, or to do what, I guess we'll have to find out. Looking less like an NT, though...
ChevyVanMiller Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Sure would be nice for him to play up to potential - looks like he's off to a good start!
BillsCelticsAngelsBama Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Sure would be nice for him to play up to potential - looks like he's off to a good start! Not sure playing up to his potential is good enough to make this roster
thebandit27 Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Conditioning hasn't been the issue with Troup...if he's healthy he may be a role player behind Williams/Dareus/Carrington Much needed if you ask me.
kegtapr Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Please. I can do that with my dong. I like thick women too, but there are limits.
NewEra Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 I could care less. Let him suit up for an entire season, then ill be impressed.
billsfan89 Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 I could care less. Let him suit up for an entire season, then ill be impressed. At this point Troup is an afterthought. A nice bonus if he can come in and play. But while I am rooting for the guy I certainly am keeping my expectations low.
Bufcomments Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 (edited) I dont even want to hear about ANYBODYS offseason work outs Show me on the field during the game, then we can talk about Troupe because so far ..meh Edited March 14, 2013 by Bufcomments
JPS Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 (edited) I don't remember anything about the guy he's been gone so long. Was he supposed to be the Ted Washington type of space eater? or a Warren Sapp type penetrator (I'm a little nervous throwing these terms out there in light of above discussion). KOKBILLS Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Dude looks skinny, says he's twice as strong as he was a year ago... http://twitter.com/T...276841660559361 VIDEO: http://telly.com/72UMLJ Ya...I can do that... Seriously though...Can the Bills get lucky for once and have Troup come back and actually contribute? That would be nice seeing as though they have no one at NT outside of TT on the Roster, and a Defensive Coach who favors the 3-4...
RyanC883 Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 The problem is not his conditioning, but can his back hold up. It's been a problem since college. Hopefully it's finally fixed. He would be a great addition if he can play well.
947 Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 700lbs on the leg press is far from impressive. You'll see regular 180lb guys in the gym every day doing high reps with that and more. He's also wearing knee wraps (which make it easier) and only doing about 60% range of motion. I'm sure Troup could double the weight & still do reps, and the vid is probably just his warm-up. He looks great. I hope he's healthy & ready to finally contribute.

MOFO Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Pat Robertson can do 1,000 lbs. But he has God helping him... http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=3ec8485d71

Was he supposed to be the Ted Washington type of space eater? or a Warren Sapp type penetrator (I'm a little nervous throwing these terms out there in light of above discussion). He's not a huge dude frame-wise like Big Teddy...I think he was supposed to be (at least the Bills were hoping he would be) the Casey Hampton-type NT...The anchor-type who plugs up the middle...
KollegeStudnet Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 I like thick women too, but there are limits. If your into think women...North Tonawanda is the place

Never NEVER Give-up Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Leg-pressing 700 lbs 30 times!! Impressive! Yeah, then he bends over to pick up his water bottle and his back goes "BOING!!!" Back to IR!
