erynthered Posted January 6, 2005 Posted January 6, 2005 "The alphabet test, to me, is kind of confusing. I don't think anybody's asked Mr. Taylor to say the alphabet since fourth grade." Warren McLain, attorney for Sean Taylor on why the Redskins saftey struggled with a field sobriety test in Oct. The charge was dismissed by the Judge later after he saw the videotape of the test.
zow2 Posted January 6, 2005 Posted January 6, 2005 Kind'a like the SAT test. If I took it now I'd probably not be allowed into community college.

Multiple choice test versus catchy and simple childhood song repeated ad nauseum forever. OK. Did you really put an apostrophe in "kinda"?
UConn James Posted January 6, 2005 Posted January 6, 2005 Yet another case of Blind American justice when it comes to athletes.

ch19079 Posted January 6, 2005 Posted January 6, 2005 you ever see a guy get hit. and to see if he has a concussion, they ask him to count backwards from 100 by 3. do you have any idea how hard that is.

stevestojan Posted January 6, 2005 Posted January 6, 2005 thing is, from what i hear, they do NOT allow you to "sing" the alphabet, and many times will ask you to start immediatly from "M".... again, not hard for anyone with half a brain cell.... but, consider the source.
