The status changes based on the whims of the woman carrying it. If the woman doesn't want it, it's nothing more than an unformed mass of cells with the potential for human life; however, if the woman want's it, it's an unborn child. This status can also be in a constant state of flux, depending on if the woman changes her mind.

However, my state also has a law making "high-capacity magazines" illegal, which is just about the dumbest thing imaginable. What's the point of that? What does it accomplish? I guess it just makes the bad guys and us better at reloading? Also how do they define "assault weapons"?

And before you start with the whole they didn't know about ARs when they wrote it, they knew they wanted the people to be as equally armed as the government. And yes I would love an RPG!!!! Combined with the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, which states: " No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.", you certainly have a case.
