If the woman doesn't want it, it's nothing more than an unformed mass of cells with the potential for human life; however, if the woman want's it, it's an unborn child. However, my state also has a law making "high-capacity magazines" illegal, which is just about the dumbest thing imaginable. And before you start with the whole they didn't know about ARs when they wrote it, they knew they wanted the people to be as equally armed as the government. And yes I would love an RPG!!!! They didn't know about satellite TV, cell phone cameras and the internet when they wrote the first amendment. Combined with the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, which states: " No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.", you certainly have a case.
