Bigfatbillsfan Posted January 28, 2013 Author Posted January 28, 2013 What about this do you take issue with, exactly? No, it's not. Well, for one a state cannot deactivate a federal law. I believe that over 500,000 American died settling that.
TakeYouToTasker Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Well, for one a state cannot deactivate a federal law. I believe that over 500,000 American died settling that. If violence is all that settled it, then it was never settled to begin with.
Fan in San Diego Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 States that have legalized marijuana that are in conflict with the federal stance on marijuana. Who has precedence in those states? In California, medical marijuana dispensaries were/are pressured to close even though legal in the state. Actually the Feds pressured land lords to seize their building if they didn't evict the dispensaries. Even pressuring banks from doing business with dispensaries, no dispensaries use credit cards for this reason. Cash only.
