Kelly the Dog Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 I love that the receiver tapped both toes down on that sideline pass. Nice to see a guy trying to play like a pro. I don't know either way, but wouldn't they put the rule in that you need two feet in bounds in this game? They should if they don't.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 johnathan franklin and the tight end fauria out of UCLA both intrigue me............if franklin falls.........he'd be some great FredEx insurance. I see where Bills RB Coach Tyrone Wheatley said that the Bills were developing a personnel package with Fred and CJ on the field at the same time. Among other things, this means that they have to pick up another running back. Also I'm guessing Tashard Choice's days in Orchard Park are over with. I don't know either way, but wouldn't they put the rule in that you need two feet in bounds in this game? They should if they don't. It's one of the many things I can't stand about the college game. Even as kids playing pickup games, all of us kids would always try getting both feet down. I don't know why a college player wouldn't automatically do it, especially if he had pro aspirations.

Not sure he will be a starter in the NFL but he has some talent and would be a fine complement to Fred Ex and CJ. I'm not sure at all where he is projected to go. We have too many needs to take a RB before the fourth round or so. Choice actually played decent this year when he was in. I just don't want him in.
mob16151 Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 (edited) Manual has made some money today Edited January 26, 2013 by mob16151
26CornerBlitz Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Manual has made some money today Lots more than Automatic has.
mob16151 Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Lots more than Automatic has. You win this round sir
Kelly the Dog Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 I just watched that four times. It looked like it was a decent pass and the WR should have caught it. It may look differently from another angle.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Nice play by Glennon to evade the rush and then deliver a strike!
voodoo poonani Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Finally a good throw. And another. Then crappy ones
RuntheDamnBall Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Goodwin's looking pretty good. Given how fast he is, I wouldn't mind us grabbing him if we get the opportunity to. Think he would compliment our receivers. "Stevie, nice shoes!" "Donald, you're really fast!" "Nice try, Ruvell! I know you'll catch that next one!"
Chilly Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 "Stevie, nice shoes!" "Donald, you're really fast!" "Nice try, Ruvell! I know you'll catch that next one!" lol. Glennon looking good now.
TAinLack. Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Glennon is starting to get in sync, he's making better throws.
Kelly the Dog Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Now Nassib's chance for redemption. Is it up for it? He looks terrible.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Nassib moved towards the rush instead of away from it on that sack/strip.
Hater Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 This has been a good game, in that the players are playing hard, I don't put much stock in theses All Stars Games but I admit EJ Manual impressed me, he has played smart with good throws, this game has help this stock for sure
jcbillsfan Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 meh........he just looks so lanky.....i think with 2-3 years of bacon cheeseburgers he might be good to go. not buying him as guy who is gonna be good as a rookie, but possibly down road could turn into something. Oh yeah I agree. He sits year one for sure
DPR4444 Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 well, i forgot all about the game until just now, so I've read through all 7 pages of this thread to catch up. and boy am I depressed now. no saviors in this group....... gulp -- does anyone have Alex Smith's agent's number???
Hater Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Its one game guys if Ryan Nassib looked like Joe Montana everyone would be saying " He'll get Drafted before #8 we got no chance" relax wait till after the combine before jumping the gun
TC in St. Louis Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Maybe these quarterbacks will do better if they spend more than a few days learning a new system with a bunch of guys they've never met. I think most of the talent evaluations are on other players.

We don't need another fitz. We want to win games
