26CornerBlitz Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/nfl/news/20130124/2013-nfl-mock-draft-1/ Has the Bills selecting Mike Glennon. Has Geno Smith to the Eagles and Matt Barkley to the Cards.
D521646 Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Please no on Glennon
prissythecat Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 http://sportsillustr...l-mock-draft-1/ Has the Bills selecting Mike Glennon. Has Geno Smith to the Eagles and Matt Barkley to the Cards. I find it interesting that folks are saying that the Eagles would want to pick up a QB when they still have Vick, Foles, and Edwards around. It seems they have some other glaring holes that need to be filled before QB?
Maury Ballstein Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 agree....please no on glennon TEO to the ravens at #31? long fall Lacy at #22 to the rams interesante.
1B4IDie Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 I would displeased. Not Maybin over Orakpo displeased but more like lil Donte over Ngata displeased.
RyanC883 Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 This would be a terrible selection at #8. He has a great arm, that's it. Struggled against better teams. I'll take Nassib or Wilson. Preferably both.

mabden Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 Has the Bills selecting Mike Glennon. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1498328-mike-glennon-senior-bowl-nc-state-qbs-nfl-draft-stock-is-plummeting
Chris in Syracuse Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 (edited) I like Glennon. I am curious how much he improves in the next few months. A lot of NFL level correction occurs in these QB pre draft training camps. Once you get NFL level instruction and 24 hours in the day to train without having to go to school you see good players become elite. You can't teach arm strength but every thing else is correctable. CardinalScotts Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 Yes to Glennon best tools...highest ceiling, this would be a great choice.
NickelCity Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 http://bleacherrepor...k-is-plummeting For what it's worth, I've seen many more articles saying that Glennon is the only QB "shining" at the senior bowl. Bleecher Report seems to be the only one saying his stock is falling. http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/blog/_/name/nfl_draft/id/8869886/2013-nfl-draft-nc-state-qb-mike-glennon-stood-day-2-senior-bowl-week http://www.sbnation.com/nfl-mock-draft/2013/1/23/3908414/2013-senior-bowl-scouting-reports http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2013/1/23/3907892/senior-bowl-2013-mike-glennon-ryan-nassib At first, I didn't want to go near Glennon, at all. Then I watched a bunch of his games. Now, I would be very excited if we took him.
BUFFALOTONE Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 Dont be surprised if we take Warmack especially if Levitre walks. He is a 10 year starter and absolute road grader.
BuffaloATL Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Please no on Glennon I saw him play in person at the Music City Bowl. I thought he was great. Oh, sorry. Did I say great? I meant terrible. If he's the pick then there's been an epic FAIL!
RuntheDamnBall Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 This would be a terrible selection at #8. He has a great arm, that's it. Struggled against better teams. I'll take Nassib or Wilson. Preferably both. That's a lot of INTs against better teams for Glennon. He did fare pretty well against Clemson in a shootout loss (to the unfortunately staying-in-school Tajh Boyd).
BobChalmers Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 Dont be surprised if we take Warmack especially if Levitre walks. He is a 10 year starter and absolute road grader. That would be sort of depressing since they can't start for you for 10 years if you don't re-sign them!!!
RuntheDamnBall Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 That would be sort of depressing since they can't start for you for 10 years if you don't re-sign them!!! Yup. Levitre would have gotten that same analysis in his draft year.
VirginiaMike Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Please no on Glennon +1
BobChalmers Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Please no on Glennon Banks was hardly that solid on Glennon for the Bills. He'd probably change his mind today if he had heard how poorly Glennon has looked in practice this week. He wrote ths purely on conjecture without having seen the Senior Bowl practice reports yet. "Just got a hunch that Glennon's size and arm strength will grow on NFL personnel men as the draft approaches." RuntheDamnBall Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 I don't know why we'd pass on Ryan Mallett in Round 3 and draft a sub-par facsimile in Round 1 just a couple of years later.
