Hater Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Which of these Players Names look better on a Bills Jersey to you Geno Smith wouldn't wear Kelly's #12 Tyler Wilson Ryan Nassib Won't Wear Kelly's #12 Matt Barkley I like Nassib, it looks right
Bangarang Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Why would you put Geno's first name on the back? It's also tough to decide right now. A lot can happen between now and the combine. To me, Geno loses a lot of points for ditching the Senior Bowl. He still has a lot to prove and it will be annoying hearing him talk about how much of a competitor he is despite skipping the Senior Bowl. Will he even throw at the combine either?
Hater Posted January 22, 2013 Author Posted January 22, 2013 Why would you put Geno's first name on the back? NFL Shop would let me put Just Smith or G Smith, something about Current Players so I just put his full name
BRAWNDO Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Nassib or Wilson. And you are right Kelly's number is retired I believe.
KOKBILLS Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Smith always looks decent on the back of a Bills Jersey...
Best Player Available Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Smith always looks decent on the back of a Bills Jersey... Hard to argue that.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Nassib or Wilson. And you are right Kelly's number is retired I believe. I'm ignorant on this - are numbers on the Wall of Fame retired or simply honored?
Billybuc Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 (edited) I'll go with Nassib. Due to the fact backwards it sounds like (Bissan) Bison! Edited January 23, 2013 by Billybuc
John from Riverside Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Geno's gonna be gone......I'll go with Nassib
Dibs Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 I'm ignorant on this - are numbers on the Wall of Fame retired or simply honored? #12 is the only officially retired number for the Bills.
Johnny Hammersticks Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 From what I've seen from the north QB thusfar, I'd have to go with Nassib. I just saw throwing drills, but Nassib's footwork, throwing motion, and zip on the ball are head and shoulders above Glennon and Dysert (BTW...Dysert has looked very average IMO). I haven't seen any of the south team QB's yet, but I heard that Landry Jones has impressed the most and Tyler Wilson has looked rather pedestrian. FWIW...one NFLN commentator (I forget his name) said that Landry Jones has outperformed ALL of the QB's at the Senior Bowl thusfar. Similar to previous posters, I too am a bit miffed that Geno isn't participating this week, and I'm anxious to see if he has "the onions" to throw at the combine.
