LewPort71 Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Several Dark N Stormies will make the day pass better.
The Poojer Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 (edited) not to make light of the flu, as it really sucks, but it reminded me of one of the funnier prank calls from the Stern Show....(probably NSFW) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvEAS--VYbA Edited January 14, 2013 by The Poojer

Beerball Posted January 14, 2013 Author Posted January 14, 2013 You may have already hit your apogee for mindless entertainment by being in the forums on TBD, BTW - flu shot? Yes, I did get the flu shot back in October. Several Dark N Stormies will make the day pass better. Good idea, but I'm not sure that's what they mean when they say take plenty of fluids!

Gugny Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 I am a firm believer in the effervescents, myself. Nothing will make your fever go away, but the plop-plop/fizz-fizz always seems to take they symptoms away the best for me. I friends who swear by Thera-flu, too. Either way, feel better. And you don't need to use the rectal thermometer every hour on the hour. Last time you did that you got a rash, remember?
ExiledInIllinois Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Will they give me a lovely parting gift? No. But we can all track your azz! :-P ;-)
