Simon Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Texans still hanging around. They have got to sustain some offense or they're done.
Boatdrinks Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Texans still hanging around. They have got to sustain some offense or they're done. Now you'll start getting the penalty flags on HOU. You know, those "judgment calls" that you could flag on just about every NFL play. Holding, illegal contact, etc. And there it is. Now a punt, and before you know it, NE will be up at the half 17-3. Mark my words, HOU will get flagged on D on upcoming NE drive.
inkman Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Anyone else think Phil Simms is the best NFL play-by-play man there is right now? Not a big fan of eeem
Kelly the Dog Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Can I turn my TV back on or is it still over?
KD in CA Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Can I turn my TV back on or is it still over? Go ahead if you must, but just know that as soon as you put it back on, Brady will throw a TD pass.
The Poojer Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Did I just here then say Giselle Brady before the punt???
Kelly the Dog Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 That was running into the kicker, arguably roughing the kicker, since he wasn't able to land cleanly.
stevestojan Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 I almost hope the pats win the Super Bowl so we can put this "haven't win anything since they got caught 'cheating' thing" to bed.
jaybee Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Well, they've survived the initial onslaught. Its still a game at halftime. JJ came to play. Gotta love that kid he's a gamer. jb
outsidethebox Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 I almost hope the pats win the Super Bowl so we can put this "haven't win anything since they got caught 'cheating' thing" to bed. You assume they stopped cheating.
Simon Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Very out of character for Belichik not to use his two TO's right after the 2:00 warning with Houston in goal-to-go. The he waffles with those 2 TO's and the ball with 1:15 left and ends up punting it away to give Houston a chance for points. Something a little odd floating around in that stadium tonight........
outsidethebox Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 If he was a unrestricted free agent, 75% of this board wouldn't want the Bills to sign him.
Boatdrinks Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 I think that would make a pretty strong arguement that Bradly is the best quarterback of all time. Yep, you'll get no argument here. That Bradly guy is clearly the best ever.
Jim in Anchorage Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 I almost hope the pats win the Super Bowl so we can put this "haven't win anything since they got caught 'cheating' thing" to bed. They will just switch to the league is fixed theory's.
Fezmid Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 I almost hope the pats win the Super Bowl so we can put this "haven't win anything since they got caught 'cheating' thing" to bed. You have to admit that the way the league handled it was... odd... to say the least. "We reviewed the truckload of tapes, nothing incriminating found, and BTW, we destroyed all of the evidence so that nobody would steal it. Nothing to see here."
BringBackFergy Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Gawd I hate how easy the Pats score...I thought I hated the Jets the most, but I am now admitting I hate the Patriots- with a passion.
