Yes, just like the NFL brought in a dump truck full of No Real Evidence on the Saints Bounty Case but Destroyed all the Spy Gate Evidence on the Patriots "its The Patriot Way in the NFL"

Oh good another Patriots paid off the the NFL thread. WHEN WILL YOU PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THE BILLS SUCK AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PATRIOTS?

Why can't we suck and still have the PARTIOTS BE CHEATERS....IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE...

Exactly! Everybody knows the Bills suck and that sucking has nothing to do w/the Pats* and how they cheat. Holy leap of logic Batman! Heck, this thread isn't even about the Bills! It is about the DEN-BAL game!

The two plays were not the same, both were interpreted properly. Brady's arm was still in motion when the ball came out. Manning's arm motion was completed and he had gathered the ball into his body. Anytime you're siding with Dan Dierdorf, you really need to reconsider your position.

Hey Jim in Anchorage is it so cold up there in Alaska that you got frostbite of the brain or something what gives?

It is so dark out up there that he can't find the right thread to complain in! Must have misplaced the flashlight. ;)

They were both fumbles. Manning didn't "tuck" the ball, whatever that means (I have never seen the definition of a "tuck").

NFL Rule 3, Section 22, Article 2, Note 2. When [an offensive] player is holding the ball to pass it forward, any intentional forward movement of his arm starts a forward pass, even if the player loses possession of the ball as he is attempting to tuck it back toward his body. Also, if the player has tucked the ball into his body and then loses possession, it is a fumble.

YE OLE always says... when you get up under center and take that snap, always pump the ball one time for posterity sake... that way if things get dicey in the pocket, it can always be considered a tuck rule!

Tuck rule is BS anyway. But as I saw it Peyton brought it down and had it in both hands before he lost it. Fumble all the way.. Correct call.

Yes, but the Brady Tuck was not.

Any loose ball in the backfield should be a live ball - any - even a lateral. JMHO.

We are talking about Patriots Cheating Every Team not just the Bills, take the Saints the NFL basically wreck that team over Bounties something that's been going for decades in the NFL but the Patriots cheat & lose a #1 draft pick (they had two #1 & the NFL took the lowest one) & Belichick gets fine

Then the NFL destroys the evidence so nobody can't see what they did sure they released a report (written by them) & a 15 Minute Video of footage out of the hundreds of tapes but that's not suspicious, I am downing you Jim but something sounds funny here

YE OLE may be right BUT, YE OLE'S gotta be careful that pumping the ball doesn't turn into Mackey Sasser Syndrome/Yips! If you know what I mean! ;-)

I agree. The game is grossly inconsistent w/the rules @ times...

I am telling you... It is all about money... Like what's new? The fans are the most fickle in NE. If the Pats* do NOT win, the fans won't come and Kraft goes belly up on that stadium... The League takes a header too!

I second this motion. Can't get any simpler than that.
