NoSaint Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 (edited) Manning wins in the cold. For all the 0-3 in the playoffs in the cold talk, I noticed few mentioned that if he was in a playoff game in the cold it had to be against a pretty darn good team (higher seeded then the always well seeded colts) and going on the road. Doc Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Denver should trounce them. They beat the Ravens in Baltimore 34-17, and the mile high air will have the Ravens sucking wind by the 4th quarter.
Hater Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 This is John Elway Bowl, can Baltimore get revenge for Elway for rejecting them back in 1983
NoSaint Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 (edited) Nice return. Holliday has been boom or bust with a lot of big returns but a lot of fumbles and such. That was a big boom. Edited January 12, 2013 by NoSaint

I didn't see any pre game show specify where the 3 games he lost below 40 degrees took place, but venturing a guess I would say at least 2 of them were in Foxboro and probably against a #1 Pats team. Did he lose a divisional game in Denver too? EDIT: Nevermind, found it on NFL.com. Lost a wild card game to the #4 Jets in Jan 2003, then to the Pats in 2004 (#1) and 2005 (#2). Manning's Colts were #5, #2 and #3 respectively Edited January 12, 2013 by JM57
stevestojan Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 SHOUT??? Denver plays Shout? Where have I been?

bisonbrigade Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 So much for punt coverage. The route begins.
stevestojan Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Couldn't be rooting harder for Peyton , and against that stabbing "hero" Lewis.
NoSaint Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 Always hold my breath when Holliday gets the ball - big plays both ways plus he's 5'5 and about 160 lbs soaking wet. Amazed he holds up to any hits.
JM57 Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 I believe one was the jets that would be correct
JM57 Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Couldn't be rooting harder for Peyton , and against that stabbing "hero" Lewis. I get the distaste, but its funny how for nearly a decade, the stabbing was an afterthought and then all of a sudden when he gets ready to retire and people are celebrating his playing career ON the field, everyone gets self righteous and wants to bring up things from OFF the field again
NoSaint Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 THAT'S an NFL QB. WOW, what a throw. Reading this board you'd be amazed he wasn't cut midweek for a street free agent. Ravens will tag and extend him.
NoSaint Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 Helps that Smith pushed-off on Bailey. You mean they were playing football?!?!?

Doc Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 You mean they were playing football?!?!? Yep, just like on that DPI play earlier.
JM57 Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 In my defense I was never a huge fan of stabbing. I guess its similar to the OJ thing. Can you still admire his playing career without taking into account the fact he murdered two people and got away with it?
