Guests (anonymously) could post anywhere on the board. That changed a long time ago where you have to be a member to post. I take that it (have to be a member to post) never changed for Customer Service... I think there are a few other forums here where one doesn't have to be a member to post, I forget which ones. There has been a rash of them lately, in different parts of the forum. I've been checking the IP's and deleting them as I see them. One IP was from Russia, that's the only one I can remember right now. But they're all the same, long rambling garbage with links to shoe or handbag sites.
