mrags Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Ditto that ragman if he's really good enough to be a top 10 pick he should DOMINATE this game. Nothing more needs to be said.
NoSaint Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 I think it was a good call. The blocker on Alabama didnt move him much at all. Yes, he caused the fumble, but the ND player was too close and caused the fumble because he was right next to the guy and didnt allow a clean catch whether the Bama blocker was there or not. Tough call and could have went either way, but I don't at all see it as a horrendous call. Exactly.
BringBackFergy Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Appears ND thought they could come in and play their normal D package...need adjustments quick
LiterateStylish Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 If I'm over drafting a LB, I'd rather target athleticism than leadership, assuming neither quality is in the toilet. I was under the impression he had both. Alabama is as close to NFL quality as Teo is going to face and he is failing every test.
NoSaint Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Appears ND thought they could come in and play their normal D package...need adjustments quick Bama has a better offense than most give credit for.
NoSaint Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 I was under the impression he had both. Alabama is as close to NFL quality as Teo is going to face and he is failing every test. His speed is a major question
stevestojan Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 I think there's a rerun of How I met your mother or some equally awful **** that I can go watch now. !@#$. Not surprised, just disappointed.
truth on hold Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Other than Teo who are the key guys to watch Bills could have interest in drafting?
LiterateStylish Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Right call. Gotta give room. I think he had adequate room. Football is turning into a wuss sport.
NoSaint Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Saban and mike Lombardi were hot names for Cleveland - with a big win dies he think about interviewing?
BringBackFergy Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Bama has a better offense than most give credit for. Better than ND has prepared for that's for sure.
LiterateStylish Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Te'o not looking good. If by "not looking good" you mean "looks horrid, as in non draftable" then I agree.
stevestojan Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Other than Teo who are the key guys to watch Bills could have interest in drafting? Any Running back or offensive lineman. Oh way, you meant the NEW 2013 Bills?
mob16151 Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 I think there's a rerun of How I met your mother or some equally awful **** that I can go watch now. !@#$. Not surprised, just disappointed. I got Archer on DVR if this gets out of hand
LiterateStylish Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Saban and mike Lombardi were hot names for Cleveland - with a big win dies he think about interviewing? Saban said before the game he has no interest in the NFL every again.
NoSaint Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Other than Teo who are the key guys to watch Bills could have interest in drafting? Bamas line, Bamas D (several on each group this year, probably nearly all within the next 2 drafts)
K-9 Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 His speed is a major question When some of us brought this up a couple months ago, we were chastised. But it's been a concern by scouts for a while now. I love the kid but I've yet to see the kind of explosion and lateral speed I want in my MLB. Perhaps ND can make an adjustment to try to keep him cleaner out there, but that's unrealistic. GO BILLS!!!
