1) a disciplinarian (not as bad as Shanahan but not a push over like Gailey/Mularkey/Jauron), and players still like playing for him.

2) he's a strong game day coach, competes well with inferior talent, and can either spread the ball or run it through a screen game / running game.

Im warming up to this hire in a big way. Bring in a solid OC and DC and this looks good.

saving money......

The candidate with, arguably, the most interested teams also comes the cheapest?

Doubtful.

Then the Bills got a bargain. Between Jauron and Gailey, for what they spent and what they received in return, I'd have to say the Bills took it in the shorts bigtime with those two pathetic coaches.

He had more job interviews than all the other candidates.

Why would he be the cheapest?

because...that is the only candidate the Bills would hire. The cheapest. I have one final thing I want you to consider. This is Chewbacca. Chewbacca is a Wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk. But Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor.

Only thing I read that I don't like is he can be too conservative

Ill take that over 3rd and 1 and throwing a deep ball over the should of Dorian Dickerson or Ruvell Martin...

I love that his Cuse team physically beat down flashy West Virginia. SU had some toughness about them that was lost in previous years.
