NYCBoozers Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 1) a disciplinarian (not as bad as Shanahan but not a push over like Gailey/Mularkey/Jauron), and players still like playing for him. 2) he's a strong game day coach, competes well with inferior talent, and can either spread the ball or run it through a screen game / running game.
