Sometimes those decisions have worked out on the field as well....jim Kelly as a positive example, Mario Williams as a typically bad example, Often we have allowed money to be the deciding factors, sign Dick Jauron because he works cheap...fired Wade and not pay him...Sign Grego on the cheap... Does anyone ever remember some of those assistant coaches,,,wow...terrible, Ronny Jones....hired by inexperienced head coaches. This time we have hired a head coach based on both.... Marketing (Brandon's history) and cheapness. Will Marrone be successful, chance are as history has shown...NO, he cannot even be seen to be a success at Syracuse (8-5). No way he can be considered the equal to Harbaugh, Pete Carrol, or even Chip Kelly. He has not even demonstrated the knowledge of the skills of the game...or the ability to put together a professional staff. This smells like the same ol' same ol'.
